Immigration - DACA available Again


The Department of Homeland Security will begin accepting First Time DACA Applications again. Following a Court Order, DHS announced on its website it will start December 7, 2020, again accepting and renewing applications under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Employer H1-B Visas Update


U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services today announced a final rule that will require a $10 non-refundable fee for each Employer submitted H-1B registration, once it implements the electronic registration system.
