For the Party, the employer may want encourage Employees to invite Guests as this tends to decrease any potential for inappropriate behavior.  The employer should also consider limiting the alcohol consumption.  If an employee misbehaves (a) review the Company Behavior Policies and Employee Handbook; and (b) promptly investigate any complaints and respond accordingly,  Lastly, if a situation does arise, make sure to call an experienced employment attorney to guide you through the concerns.
